Phantom Lancer
[wiki] rating: 1.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 5%)Abaddon
[wiki] rating: 1.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 4%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can negate effects of Sunder: Faceless Void's
Time Walk,
Weaver's
Time Lapse,
Broodmother's
Insatiable Hunger,
Abaddon's
Borrowed Time and
Troll Warlord's
Battle Trance can nullify Sunder.
Slardar
* Abaddon can cast Aphotic Shield on any of his allies to immediately dispel Corrosive Haze and/or the stun and the slow components of Slithereen Crush.
* All of Slardar's debuffs are also removed if Abaddon's Borrowed Time triggers.
Zeus
[wiki] rating: 1.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with mediocre health pools who rely on armor or evasion to survive fights such as Troll Warlord,
Windranger, and
Terrorblade can be killed by Zeus if caught off guard.
Additional:
* Arc Lightning and
Lightning Bolt can easily burst Terrorblade and his illusions.
* Static Field (requires
Aghanim's Shard) automatically hits everything in a big radius, taking a huge chunk of health out of Terrorblade's illusions, regardless of how much health they have.
Slardar
* Slardar has high priority on building moblity items such as Blink Dagger rather than tank items. Zeus can easily deal large amount of damage to him if not caught out of position first.
Enigma
[wiki] rating: 1.2 (winrate: 53% pickrate: 4%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,
Broodmother,
Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Slardar
* Enigma can be a perfect counter-initiator with his ultimate. A perfectly timed Black Hole will turn the tide of any initiation, especially from heros like; Spirit Breaker,
Legion Commander,
Axe,
Puck, and
Slardar
Naga Siren
[wiki] rating: 1.2 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 2%)Slardar
* Illusion heroes like the aforementioned Phantom Lancer or
Naga Siren, or heroes that tend to buy
Manta Style, like
Luna or
Juggernaut, will give Slardar a hard time, as his damage is single-targeted.
Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,
Broodmother,
Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Arc Warden
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 55% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Arc Warden’s Magnetic Field allows him to defend against Terrorblade if he used Metamorphosis.
* Arc also buys a Bloodthorn or a
Scythe of Vyse, which can prevent Terrorblade from using his abilities.
Shadow Shaman
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 13%)Terrorblade
* All of Shadow Shaman's abilities totally ruin Terrorblade: Ether Shock destroys his illusions, Hex prevents him from using Sunder or
Manta Style in bad situations, Shackles not only that prevent him from using
Sunder, but he has no way to cancel it and Mass Serpent Ward can help Shadow Shaman push faster than Terrorblade even in
Metamorphosis.
Additional:
* Ether Shock and
Mass Serpent Wards can do great damage to both, Terrorblade and his illusions.
* Hex prevents Terrorblade from using Sunder or
Manta Style in bad situations.
Hex can also destroy one of his illusions.
* Shackles prevents Terrorblade from using his abilities and items, whether to fight, survive, or dispel it in any way. In addition, Terrorblade has no solutions to cancel it.
Skywrath Mage
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 13%)Terrorblade
* Arcane Bolt can target Terrorblade's low health pool in the laning phase.
* Ancient Seal can prevent Terrorblade from casting Sunder.
* Mystic Flare can be used to great effect to burst Terrorblade down before he gets a
Manta Style or a
Black King Bar.
Axe
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 13%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade's low base health and lack of mobility make him an easy target for Axe to initiate on, and kill.
* Counter Helix will trigger from, and destroy many of Terrorblade illusions.
Additional:
* Berserker's Call and
Counter Helix together can be devastating to Terrorblade, especially if Terrorblade has a lot of illusions. Their high attack speed will trigger Counter Helix a lot, and the pure damage will quickly slice through Terrorblade's low health and kill his illusions. More importantly, the taunt triumphs Black King Bar, Terrorblade's only survival item besides Manta Style which cannot be used to dispell berserker's call. With enough burst damage by teammates, Terrorblade can be finished off even before taunt duration runs out.
* Culling Blade can finish off Terrorblade before he has the chance to Sunder due to his low health in the early to mid game.
Dazzle
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Shallow Grave saves an ally whom Terrorblade has used Sunder on.
* Poison Touch upgraded with
Aghanim's Shard can be used to easily kill many Terrorblade illusions, it can also hex Terrorblade, silencing him, disarming him, slowing him, and muting him.
Necrophos
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 17%)Terrorblade
* Reaper's Scythe can kill Terrorblade quickly before he has chance to use Sunder.
* Ghost Shroud can protect Necrophos against Terrorblade's high attack damage.
Storm Spirit
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 14%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade has low mobility, which makes it easy for Storm Spirit to kite him.
* Terrorblade gains a lot of agility and gains very low strength, which makes it easy to burst him down with Storm's magical damage.
* All of Terrorblade's abilities are easily avoided by Storm Spirit as he can simply use Ball Lightning, wasting the duration of
Metamorphosis,
Conjure Image, and
Reflection.
* However, if Storm Spirit's Orchid Malevolence is on cooldown or if he doesn't have it, Terrorblade can easily use
Sunder and kill a careless Storm Spirit.
Additional:
* Storm Spirit has heavy magic damage that bypasses Terroblade's high armor.
* Ball Lightning can either use to initiates Terroblade from distance or kite Terroblade from using Sunder as he has no source of disable to deal with Storm Spirit.
Oracle
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 4%)Slardar
* Fortune's End applies a basic dispel which can be used to dispel Corrosive Haze, or even Slardar's own Guardian Sprint.
* False Promise is able to dispel Corrosive Haze and Slithereen Crush stun/slow from any allies Oracle chooses to cast it on.
* Fate's Edict can also be cast on Slardar to prevent him from proccing his Bash of the Deep.
Puck
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 11%)Terrorblade
* All of Puck's damaging spells deal AoE magic damage, which focuses on Terrorblade's low health pool and ignores his armor.
* Puck's spells are also great at quickly clearing all of Terrorblade's illusions. Even a single Illusory Orb is enough to drop their health very low, allowing creeps, towers or allies to finish them off very quickly. Waning Rift and Illusory Orb together are usually enough to clear his illusions.
* Waning Rift prevents Terrorblade from casting Sunder at low health.
* Puck is a common Dagon carrier, making it possible to finish off Terrorblade before he has a chance to
Sunder.
Elder Titan
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 1%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade has a high base armor, and relies on many ultimate orb-based items (Manta Style and
Eye of Skadi). Natural Order affects armor gained from agility, essentially reducing armor to zero if all armor is gained from agility. That effect combined with Terrorblade's low health can make a Elder Titan with an early value point in Natural Order a dangerous foe.
* Terrorblade's illusions are often grouped up in teamfight, making them more vulnerable to Echo Stomp.
Additional:
* Echo Stomp and
Astral Spirit allow the enemy team to coordinate a kill on Terrorblade before he can Sunder.
* Natural Order cripples Terrorblade's armor that he crucially needs to survive due to his low strength gain.
Gyrocopter
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Flak Cannon destroys Terrorblade's illusions very quickly.
Dark Seer
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 2%)Terrorblade
* Dark Seer's Vacuum and
Ion Shell allows him to clear the wave of Terrorblade's illusions.
* Wall of Replica can create stronger illusions of Terrorblade.
* If Dark Seer can use Vacuum to help teammates land their AoE skills, Terrorblade will be quickly killed before he even gets a chance to use
Sunder.
Additional:
* Dark Seer's Vacuum and
Ion Shell allows him to clear a wave of Terrorblade's illusions.
* Because Terrorblade builds stat items like Eye of Skadi, Dark Seer can create a very strong illusion of Terrorblade with
Wall of Replica.
* If Dark Seer can use Vacuum to help teammates land their AoE abilities, Terrorblade will be quickly killed before he even gets a chance to use Sunder.
Earth Spirit
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Rolling Boulder and
Geomagnetic Grip prevent Terrorblade from using Sunder.
* Magnetize Does heavy magic damage to Terrorblade and his illusions that bypasses his high base armor.
Phoenix
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 5%)Slardar
* Fire Spirits greatly reduces Slardar's already low starting attack speed (which Bash of the Deep relies on), making the laning phase very hard for him and discouraging Slardar from aggressively threatening lane kills.
* Supernova, ignoring Phoenix's lack of armor and Slardar's high damage single hits, is extremely hard for Slardar to take down on his own, especially after being hit by Fire Spirits.
* Icarus Dive is one of the longest distance escape spells in the game, and can help a good Phoenix escape from Slardar before he gets a
Blink Dagger. However, the high cooldown means Phoenix is vulnerable to backstabs from any roamers after said spell is used.
* Slardar can interrupt an Icarus Dive from completing the flight with both of his stuns, however, likely leading to death if Supernova is on cooldown.
* A lot of the items a Phoenix builds throughout the game naturally counter Slardar. Shiva's Guard,
Heaven's Halberd and
Eul's Scepter of Divinity all stall Slardar's normal attacks in some way, while
Spirit Vessel's percentage-based damage is good against his innate durability.
Mars
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 16%)Terrorblade
* Bulwark negates most of the physical damage from Terrorblade and his illusions.
* Mars' AoE abilities kill Terrorblade's illusions quickly.
Luna
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 5%)Slardar
* Illusion heroes like the aforementioned Phantom Lancer or
Naga Siren, or heroes that tend to buy
Manta Style, like
Luna or
Juggernaut, will give Slardar a hard time, as his damage is single-targeted.
Terrorblade
* If carefully timed, Aghanim's Scepter upgraded
Eclipse combined with 0.2s
Eclipse Lucent Ministun talent can quickly finish off Terrorblade before he can get a chance to save himself with
Sunder due to its high magical damage as long as Terrorblade has no
Black King Bar.
* Moon Glaives allows Luna to clear Terrorblade's illusions from both, Conjure Image and
Manta Style, this can be particularly advantegous for Luna if she has
Manta Style. Just bear in mind, however, that
Reflection can be used to turn
Moon Glaives against Luna during laning phase.
* Luna very often builds Satanic and
Black King Bar, which allows it either to protect herself from
Sunder or nullify it's effects.
Additional:
* If carefully timed, Aghanim's Scepter upgraded
Eclipse can quickly finish off Terrorblade before he can get a chance to save himself with
Sunder due to its high magical damage as long as Terrorblade has no
Black King Bar.

Manta Style, this can be particularly advantegous for Luna if she has

* Luna very often bulds Satanic and
Black King Bar, which allows it either to protect herself from
Sunder or nullify it's effects.
Terrorblade
* Heroes that create illusions: Spectre,
Shadow Demon,
Phantom Lancer,
Naga Siren,
Chaos Knight,
Terrorblade) or bring other units into the fight (such as
Nature's Prophet,
Lone Druid,
Chen,
Enchantress,
Meepo and
Arc Warden) can cause Eclipse to strike the illusions/summons unintentionally. However, in many cases Moon Glaives can resolve this issue and eliminate them before activating Eclipse, but that will require lots of farming for right-click items.
Troll Warlord
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 2%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade cannot go one on one against Troll Warlord as Troll Warlord will overwhelm him faster than the other way around thanks to Whirling Axes (Melee) that will cause his attacks to miss, and
Fervor that can give Troll Warlord huge amounts of attack speed to outmatch Terrorblade, even during Metamorphosis.
* Troll Warlord's high attack speed from Fervor combined with
Skull Basher and
Abyssal Blade means that Terrorblade will have almost no chance to use
Sunder to save himself.
* Even if Terroblade manages to use Sunder on Troll Warlord, Troll Warlord will simply be able to nullify it's effect with
Battle Trance.
Additional:
* Terrorblade cannot go one on one against Troll Warlord as Troll Warlord will overwhelm him faster than the other way around thanks to Whirling Axes (Melee) that will cause his attacks to miss, and
Fervor that can give Troll Warlord huge amounts of attack speed to outmatch Terrorblade, even during Metamorphosis.

Abyssal Blade means that Terrorblade will have almost no chance to use
Sunder to save himself.
* Even if Terroblade manages to use Sunder on Troll Warlord, Troll Warlord will simply be able to nullify it's effect with
Battle Trance.
* Overall, any attempt for Terrorblade to engage and kill Troll Warlord will hurt him more than the other way around.
Ember Spirit
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 46% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Ember Spirit can deal devastating damage to illusion heroes like Terrorblade with Sleight of Fist. Terrorblade also has no way of preventing Ember Spirit from getting Activate Fire Remnant off. Additionally, Ember Spirit's ability to fight from long range as well as his wide skill set won't give many opportunities for Terrorblade to get Sunder off.
Additional:
* Ember Spirit can deal devastating damage to Terrorblade and his illusions with Sleight of Fist.
* Terrorblade has no disable to lock down Ember Spirit and prevent him from escaping with Fire Remnant. In addition, he doesn't like purchasing disabling items like
Scythe of Vyse or
Abyssal Blade, which are the only solutions to deal with Ember Spirit.
Timbersaw
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Timbersaw can take down Terrorblade's illusions with his area damage burst.
* Reactive Armor plus another armor item reduce much of Terrorblade's damage.
Additional:
* Timbersaw's abilities combos all deal magical and pure damage, completely ignoring Terrorblade's high base armor and clearing his illusions very quickly due to the AoE damage.
* Reactive Armor negates most of Terrorblade's damage against Timbersaw, and its high health regeneration and armor bonuses can help Timbersaw survive after being Sundered.
Sven
[wiki] rating: 1.0 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 2%)Terrorblade
* Great Cleave with
God's Strength clears Terrorblade's illusions quickly.
* Storm Hammer's AoE stuns Terrorblade and his illusions.
Additional:
* Great Cleave with

* Storm Hammer's AoE stuns Terrorblade and his illusions.

[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 54% pickrate: 18%)Slardar

Naga Siren, or heroes that tend to buy
Manta Style, like
Luna or
Juggernaut, will give Slardar a hard time, as his damage is single-targeted.
Terrorblade
* Heroes whose core item builds includes Monkey King Bar:
Faceless Void,
Windranger,
Weaver,
Juggernaut.
Terrorblade
* Illusion-based heroes are effective against Omnislash and Juggernaut's single-targeted damage: Naga Siren,

Terrorblade,
Phantom Lancer.

Winter Wyvern
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade and his illusions deal huge damage, which might used against him and his team with Winter's Curse.
Keeper of the Light
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 12%)Terrorblade
* Keeper of the Light can stall pushes with
Illuminate. This makes him strong against pushing heroes:
Terrorblade
Naga siren
Nature's Prophet and
Anti-Mage
Dawnbreaker
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who have channeling abilities because Terrorblade has no disables to cancel them: Enigma,
Shadow Shaman,
Lion,
Bane,
Crystal Maiden,
Dawnbreaker.
Sand King
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 16%)Terrorblade
* Because of his massive AoE damage, Sand King is very effective against illusion heroes: Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Terrorblade,...
Jakiro
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 15%)Terrorblade
* Jakiro's area-of-effect abilities allow makes him strong against heroes who rely on illusions and summons: Terrorblade,
Naga Siren
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Broodmother,
Nature's Prophet,
Lycan,
Wraith King.
Bloodseeker
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 4%)Slardar
* Bloodseeker's
Rupture forces Slardar to stay still during fights, preventing Slardar from using Guardian sprint to move in and out of fights. This takes away the ability to initiate and re-initiate with Slithereen Crush's low cooldown. Due to the increased move speed from Guardian Sprint, Slardar can lose health at about 160% the rate of normal heroes while under
Rupture. Bloodseeker's
Thirst also gives him enough move speed so that he's one of the few heroes who can outrun or catch up to a Slardar during Guardian Sprint.
Earthshaker
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 8%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with abilities that can lock down Terrorblade and prevent him from using Sunder: Earthshaker,
Faceless Void,
Legion Commander,
Shadow Shaman.
Outworld Destroyer
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 6%)Terrorblade
* Illusion based heroes (like Chaos Knight and
Terrorblade) can't use their illusion beneficially against Sanity's Eclipse's high AoE burst damage.
Additional:
* Arcane Orb deals pure damage against the real Terrorblade, bypassing his high base armor.
* Arcane Orb and
Sanity's Eclipse will make very short work of Terrorblade and his illusions.
Leshrac
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 3%)Terrorblade
* Heroes that have strong area-of-effect abilities and can stall pushes: Invoker,
Keeper of the Light,
Jakiro,
Lina,
Luna,
Leshrac,
Shadow Shaman.

Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Faceless Void
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 8%)Terrorblade
* Frail heroes who lack mobility can also be an easy target to lock down with Chronosphere, such as Drow Ranger,
Luna,
Sniper,
Terrorblade.
Windranger
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 11%)Terrorblade
* As long as Windranger is able to identify the real hero among the illusions, heroes relying on them can be easily tagged with Focus Fire: Chaos Knight,
Terrorblade,
Phantom Lancer,
Naga Siren.
Underlord
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* In general, attacks of the melee heroes who are entirely reliant on dealing physical damage and/or have very little to no area-of-effect abilities will make Underlord tickle and will have no effect against him, and will be unable to ambush Underlord and his team if Underlord chooses to use Dark Rift to get to a designated point of the map:
Phantom Assassin,
Terrorblade,
Troll Warlord,
Drow Ranger,
Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight,
Sven,
Wraith King,
Bounty Hunter,
Alchemist,
Templar Assassin,
Nyx Assassin,
Bane.
Additional:
* Atrophy Aura reduces Terrorblade's damage significantly, even during Metamorphosis.
* Firestorm deals significant damage to Terrorblade and his illusions from a safe distance.
* Pit of Malice can keep Terrorblade and his illusions under control.
* Fiend's Gate can bail out Underlord's team away from a bad engagement against a Terrorblade under Metamorphosis, and besides
Reflection, Terrorblade has no other abilities to intercept Underlord nor his team when they use it to start a teamfight.
* Likewise, Fiend's Gate can be used to quickly move Underlord's team to the frontlines, to strike Terrorblade's team during Metamorphosis's 150 seconds of cooldown.
Pangolier
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 11%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who rely on skills to become a heavy hitter in a certain amount of time can waste their timing because of a lucky Lucky Shot's disarm: Terrorblade,
Sven,
Clinkz,
Windranger,
Alchemist,
Dragon Knight,
Legion Commander
Lina
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with low health or rely on evasion can easily be bursted down, like Phantom Assassin or
Terrorblade.
Additional:
* Laguna Blade is one of the best tools to kill Terrorblade before he can use Sunder due to its high magical (pure with
Aghanim's Scepter) burst damage.
* Dragon Slave and
Light Strike Array allows Lina to clear Terrorblade's illusions from both, Conjure Image and
Manta Style.
Enchantress
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Heroes that can dominate his illusions or create their own illusions of him: Dark Seer,
Morphling,

[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 12%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,

Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Additional:
* Terrorblade's lack of escape mechanisms makes it hard for him to escape both Ink Swell and Stroke of Fate.
* Phantom's Embrace's silence will also prevent him from casting Sunder to save himself.
Tidehunter
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 4%)Slardar
* Tidehunter's
Kraken Shell dispels Corrosive Haze and Bash of the Deep's stun if enough damage is taken.
Anchor Smash and Kraken Shell's damage block also reduces Slardar's damage.
Nature's Prophet
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 8%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,
Broodmother,
Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Lion
[wiki] rating: 0.6 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 14%)Terrorblade
* One of Lion's level 20 talents lets Mana Drain affect 2 secondary targets. This can make things difficult for heroes like Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight, and
Terrorblade who rely on illusion armies.
* Mana Drain and Hex instantly kill any illusions. Finger of Death upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter also shreds most illusions.
* One of Lion's level 20 talents lets Mana Drain affect 2 secondary targets. This can make things difficult for heroes like Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight, and
Terrorblade who rely on illusion armies.
Meepo
[wiki] rating: 0.4 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 1%)Slardar
* Slardar does not do well against multiple targets, as his only way to damage multiple targets is Slithereen Crush.
* Meepo's Earthbind will root Slardar, making him unable to chase/escape for the time being. Also,
Poof's low cooldown and high damage can burst Slardar down rather quickly.
Slardar
* Heroes who can stun multiple units at once: Dark Willow,
Spirit Breaker,
Slardar,
Invoker, and
Tidehunter.
Nyx Assassin
[wiki] rating: 0.4 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 3%)Terrorblade
* Nyx Assassin deals large amounts of pure damage with Vendetta and magical damage with
Impale and
Mana Burn, allowing him to ignore Terrorblade's armor and burst his low health pool down before he can use Sunder.
* Nyx Assassin commonly buys Urn of Shadows,
Dagon and
Meteor Hammer which deal magic damage that ignore Terrorblade's armor.
* Mana Burn might drain too much mana for Terrorblade to be able to use Sunder if he isn't careful in the early to mid game.
Slardar
* Nyx Assassin's
Vendetta can be revealed easily by Corrosive Haze
Additional:
* Corrosive Haze hinders Nyx Assassin's ganking attempts with Vendetta, as well as reducing his armor and make him very vulnerable due to his low health pool.
Tinker
[wiki] rating: 0.4 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 4%)Terrorblade
* Tinker can single-handedly stop Terrorblade's early-push and quickly clear his illusions with Laser (especially with Aghanim's Scepter) and March of Machines.
* Tinker has perfect tools to reveal Terrorblade from his illusions as well as to burst him down if he is low-health before he will be able Sunder.
Additional:
* An Aghanim's Scepter upgraded
Laser allows Tinker to blind Terrorblade and his illusions.
* Tinker deals incredible amounts of pure and magical damage with Laser and
Heat-Seeking Missile combined with
Rearm, which will ignore Terrorblade's armor and be devastating to his low health pool.
* Tinker is a hero who very often goes for Blink Dagger, and because Terrorblade has no disable to lock down Tinker, he will be unable to catch up with him nor to prevent him from escaping with
Teleport Boots.
Terrorblade
* Illusion heroes, such as Naga Siren,
Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight,
Terrorblade will become strong against Tinker in the late game when Tinker's only area of effect damage, March of the Machines, ceases to kill illusions quickly. Without
Aghanim's Scepter Tinker is forced to defensively disarm heroes with Laser, leaving illusions free to deal physical damage which Tinker's low armor makes highly effective. In addition,
Mjollnir or
Battle Fury, two common pickups against illusion heroes, don't work well on Tinker at all.
Drow Ranger
[wiki] rating: 0.4 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 11%)Terrorblade
* Marksmanship allows Drow Ranger to pierce Terrorblade's high natural base armor and when upgraded with
Aghanim's Scepter, it will allow her to clear Terrorblade's illusions.
* Gust can prevent Terrorblade from from using
Sunder.
* Since Terrorblade doesn't like to buy armor items like Assault Cuirass, he will be very vulnerable to Drow Ranger's high physical burst damage.
Terrorblade
* Heroes with high base damage (Morphling,
Tiny,
Drow Ranger), heroes with mana burning abilities (
Anti-Mage), and
Diffusal Blade users (
Juggernaut or
Riki) will suffer from Reflection's illusions.
Techies
[wiki] rating: 0.4 (winrate: 46% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Techies deals lots of magical damage with Sticky Bomb,
Blast Off! and
Proximity Mines that bypasses Terrorblade's high armor and can punish his low max life.
* Sticky Bomb is easy to land on a large clump of Terrorblade illusions and will damage and slow Terrorblade and all of his illusions if he can't quickly move the right one away.
* Reactive Tazer upgraded with
Aghanim's Scepter can be used to protect an ally getting attacked by Terrorblade. Further, it disarms all of his illusions even while he has activated
Black King Bar, greatly decreasing his damage.
* Blast Off! silences Terrorblade, preventing him from casting Sunder.
Terrorblade
* Heroes with summons like Broodmother,
Enigma,
Nature's Prophet; or illusions, like
Naga Siren,
Terrorblade are effective at keeping the choke points and rune spawns safe from Proximity Mines.
Pudge
[wiki] rating: -2.0 (winrate: 45% pickrate: 24%)Slardar
* Corrosive Haze reveals Pudge's location, making it hard for him to use Meat Hook from the fog of war on Slardar's teammates or Slardar himself.
* Slithereen Crush interrupts Pudge while he is using Dismember.
* Guardian Sprint allows Slardar to avoid Meat Hook.
Additional:
* While Slardar has Guardian Sprint activated, Rot cannot slow him and
Meat Hook is easier to avoid.
* Slithereen Crush allows Slardar to interrupt Dismember at close range (when Slardar is not a target).
* Corrosive Haze reveals Pudge's location, making it very difficult for him to land hooks from the fog.
Terrorblade
* Pudge has low armor and low mobility, making him a prime target for Terrorblade's right-clicks.
* Meat Hook is a lot harder to land on the real Terrorblade if he has illusions around him.
* Because Dismember targets only one hero, Terrorblade's illusions can potentially save the real Terrorblade if he's caught in it.
Sniper
[wiki] rating: -2.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 12%)Terrorblade
* Sunder can save himself or his allies from Assassinate.
* Sniper relies on right-clicks to deal damage in the late game, and Terrorblade's high armor can reduce his damage significantly.
* Terrorblade is a far harder carry than Sniper is, so a well-farmed Terrorblade can easily defeat a Sniper.
Slardar
* Slardar can use Guardian Sprint with
Blink Dagger or
Shadow Blade to get close, and
Slithereen Crush will stun Sniper, making him vulnerable to Slardar's teammates.
* Corrosive Haze lowers Sniper's armor and makes Sniper's
Shadow Blade useless, easily killing him with a few attacks.
Shadow Fiend
[wiki] rating: -2.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 10%)Slardar
* Shadow Fiend, a normal Shadow Blade builder often relies on its invisibility to escape fights. Corrosive Haze reveals Shadow Fiend and also weakens his already low armor.
Terrorblade
* The Reflection of Shadow Fiend cause Presence of the Dark Lord to affect Shadow Fiend, reducing his armor and making it easier for Terrorblade to kill him. Shadow Fiend also doesn't have lots of survivability or control abilities in order to escape.
* If Shadow Fiend chooses to go for a physical damage item build, he'll have a hard time against Terrorblade's high armor.
Bristleback
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 3%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade's
Sunder is not affected by the Bristleback damage reduction.
Slardar
* Guardian Sprint allows Slardar to outrun Bristleback, even when slowed by Viscous Nasal Goo.
* Corrosive Haze's armor reduction makes Bristleback much less tanky.
Anti-Mage
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 13%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade's
Reflection turns Mana Break against Anti-Mage draining his mana making it useful during team fights.
Additional:
* Reflection's illusion carries Mana Break as well, making it useful to use against him.
* Anti-Mage cannot manfight Terrorblade at any stage of the game.
Slardar
* Slithereen Crush and
Bash of the Deep prevent Anti-Mage from using Blink, the latter even if Anti-Mage activates
Black King Bar.
* Corrosive Haze allows allies to take down Anti-Mage before he has a chance to Blink, and maintains vision over him even if he does Blink away.
Additional:
* Slithereen Crush and Bash of the Deep deals physical damage, bypassing the magic resistance bonus from Counterspell
* Corrosize Haze significantly increases the damage dealt against Anti-Mage, and makes it harder for him to flee with Blink, although Anti-mage can block its casting with with Counterspell
Lifestealer
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade's illusions and ranged attacks in Metamorphosis can burst down Lifestealer very quickly.
* Terrorblade has low health due to his low strength gain, which reduces Feast's lifesteal and damage.
* Terrorblade's high armor makes Lifestealer's Desolator useless.
* Because Lifestealer usually walks around with high HP in fights due to his lifesteal (and sometimes Armlet of Mordiggian), he is a great target for Terrorblade's
Sunder.
Additional:
* Reflection's illusion carries Feast as well, making it useful to use against him.
* Feast cannot compensate for Terrorblade's incoming high damage, due to his low Strength gain.
* Open Wounds (requires
Aghanim's Shard) is a lot harder to land on the real Terrorblade if he has illusions around him.
* Lifestealer relies on right-clicks to deal damage, and Terrorblade's high armor can reduce his damage significantly.
Slardar
* Heroes with high physical damage can damage Lifestealer more than he can heal: Bristleback,
Clinkz,
Luna,
Shadow Fiend,
Slardar {Hero ID:Terrorblade}
Spectre
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 4%)Slardar
* Slardar's
Slithereen Crush allows him to stun Spectre and illusions, and
Corrosive Haze prevents her from juking with
Spectral Dagger.
Terrorblade
* If Terrorblade's health gets low enough, Terrorblade's Sunder can be used to completely deplete Spectre's health pool without any consequences from
Dispersion.
* Terrorblade is one of the few late game heroes that can stand toe to toe and man fight Spectre. Not all is lost if the game goes late when Terrorblade is on your team against Spectre.
Additional:
* If Terrorblade's health is low enough, he can safely use Sunder on Spectre without any consequences from her Dispersion and Spectre has no way to prevent it.
* Although Desolate deals pure damage and can bypass his high armor, Terrorblade usually stays nearby his illusions, effectively disabling Desolate.
* Reflection is effective against her as it does not only slow her down but Desolate can also be used against herself.
* Dispersion damage is reduced thanks to Terrorblade's high natural armor.
* Terrorblade is one of few heroes that can manfight Spectre. Not everything is lost if Spectre managed to reach late game.
Venomancer
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 6%)Terrorblade
* Reflection illusion will apply Poison Sting back towards Venomancer.
* Conjure Image and
Metamorphosis will make quick work of Plague Wards.
* While ticking down from Poison Nova, Terrorblade can wait until the last possible moment to Sunder a target, either friend or foe.
Slardar
* Slardar can attack through Plague Wards and gain
Bash of the Deep charges, and
Templar Assassin can spill
Psi Blades through Plague Wards too.
Riki
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 3%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with high base damage (Morphling,
Tiny,
Drow Ranger), heroes with mana burning abilities (
Anti-Mage), and
Diffusal Blade users (
Juggernaut or
Riki) will suffer from Reflection's illusions.
Slardar
* Corrosive Haze makes Riki completely vulnerable to Slardar and his allies, as Riki has no easy way of dispelling it.
* Slardar's physical damage with Slithereen Crush and Bash of the Deep amplified by Corrosive Haze can easily kill Riki.
Additional:
* Corrosive Haze works much like
Track, giving the enemy team vision over Riki. While it doesn't give a movement speed bonus, it instead melts Riki's armor and Slardar can use
Guardian Sprint to catch up to him.
* Slardar's Aghanim's Shard, causes
Slithereen Crush to apply Corrosive Haze even if Slardar does not have vision over him.
Huskar
[wiki] rating: -1.6 (winrate: 53% pickrate: 9%)Slardar
* Corrosive Haze and
Bash of the Deep will make short work of Huskar's low armor, even if Slardar is alone.
Terrorblade
* Sunder can prevent Terrorblade's or an ally's death by swapping health, making damage-over-time abilities inefficient. Heroes that rely on damage-over-time abilities like Venomancer and
Huskar will have a hard time against Sunder.
Templar Assassin
[wiki] rating: -1.2 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 10%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade is one of the strongest carries in the late game, due to his resilience against physical damage, which can be a problem for almost every strong burst physical damage carries, such as Phantom Assassin and
Templar Assassin.
Slardar
* Heroes who can provide True Sight are always credible threats: Slardar,
Bounty Hunter, especially
Zeus since his
Lightning Bolt provides True Sight without the need to detect her beforehand to apply the debuff. So even a late-coming Zeus can easily scout a large area to reveal her, and she cannot purge herself from his sight with the dispel talent.
Visage
[wiki] rating: -1.2 (winrate: 55% pickrate: 5%)Terrorblade
* Heroes that can overwhelm Visage by sheer number like Chaos Knight,
Meepo,
Terrorblade and
Phantom Lancer.
Slardar
* Heroes with armor reducing abilities greatly hinder Visage's defense like Slardar and
Dazzle.
Witch Doctor
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 46% pickrate: 8%)Terrorblade
* Witch Doctor's Maledict burst damage can be prevented by Sunder if timed correctly.
* Death Ward deals physical damage, and Terrorblade's high armor can help him survive against Death Ward.
* However, be careful that Paralyzing Cask is commonly tricky to dodge as Terrorblade, due to his reliance on illusions, and
Maledict can kill Terrorblade if he has no target to be Sundered with, especially in the early game.
Viper
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Viper's damage over time and lack of disables makes him easy to Sunder.
* Viper's physical damage is mitigated by Terrorblade's high armor.
* Terrorblade under Metamorphosis can quickly kill Viper with heavy physical damage.
Additional:
* Almost all of Viper's damage revolves exclusively around single-target damage-over-time effects. Furthermore, without any hard disables, Terrorblade can almost always get a Sunder off.
* Viper has low mobility and Corrosive Skin doesn't protect against physical damage, which means that Terrorblade under Metamorphosis can quickly kill Viper.
Clockwerk
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 4%)Terrorblade
* Conjure Image and
Reflection illusions may give Clockwerk a hard time to find an angle for Hookshot.
* Because Clockwerk lack burst damage, Terrorblade can often save himself with Sunder.
Ancient Apparition
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Sunder allows Terrorblade (or an ally) to regain HP while affected by Ice Blast.
* Terrorblade often buys Manta Style which can dispel Cold Feet.
Additional:
* Sunder is not affected by Ice Blast and will still swap health with any target as usual.
Alchemist
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 2%)Slardar
* Corrosive Haze followed by
Slithereen Crush takes advantage of Alchemist's main weakness, being physical damage before he has the change to improve his surviability with items.
* Bash of the Deep will deal lots of damage during the laning phase.
Bounty Hunter
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 6%)Slardar
* Bounty Hunter's Shadow Walk is rendered useless with Corrosive Haze and makes Bounty Hunter an easy target for Slardar and his team.
Additional:
* Corrosive Haze provides True Sight on its target, exposing Bounty Hunter's position regardless of Shadow Walk.
* Guardian Sprint gives a very high movement speed bonus, allowing him to chase Bounty Hunter even if Slardar is tracked.
Wraith King
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 10%)Terrorblade
* Wraith King has no form of AoE to clear Terrorblade's illusions.
* Terrorblade is a common Manta Style and
Diffusal Blade carrier.
* Terrorblade has very high armor, which helps against Wraith King's physical-only damage.
* A reincarnated Wraith King is an ideal target for Sunder if Terrorblade's health is low.
Additional:
* Terrorblade has very high armor gain, which helps him against Wraith King's physical damage.
* Wraith King is not good against illusion-based heroes as he has no AoE form abilities to deal with Terrorblade's Illusions.
* Terrorblade is a common Manta Style and
Diffusal Blade carrier to help deal with Reincarnation before Wraith King has
Aghanim's Shard.
* A Reincarnated Wraith King is a good setup for Sunder if Terrorblade's health is low enough.
Clinkz
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 4%)Slardar
* Clinkz survivability depends entirely on Skeleton Walk. Corrosive Haze not only makes its invisibility useless, but also makes Clinkz even more vulnerable to physical damage.
Additional:
* Slardar can reveal Clinkz with Corrosive Haze and make him easy to kill, and his
Bash of the Deep also hits hard against Clinkz's naturally low health pool.
* Slardar's Guardian Sprint can catch up with Clinkz's Skeleton Walk.
* The stun and slow from Slardar's Slithereen Crush can hold Clinkz in place.
Treant Protector
[wiki] rating: -1.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 5%)Slardar
* Corrosive Haze will reveal Treant Protector even when he is under the effects of Nature's Guise.
Doom
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 46% pickrate: 4%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade can use
Sunder to save his allies who are Doomed.
Phantom Assassin
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 47% pickrate: 14%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with illusions and summons can be hard for Phantom Assassin to deal with, as she lacks any AoE abilities to deal with them without items: Broodmother,
Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight,
Naga Siren,
Terrorblade.
Slark
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 7%)Slardar
* Slardar's level 25 talent makes
Corrosive Haze undispellable, thus providing his allies a vision to Slark.
Medusa
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 12%)Slardar
* Medusa cares less than other heroes about armor reduction, since
Mana Shield blocks 70% of all damage without taking armor/magic resistance into consideration. This makes 60% of your Corrosive Haze ineffective until Medusa's mana is drained.
Terrorblade
* Heroes that build Diffusal Blade or can fit it well into their item build will also make Medusa much less tanky:
Riki,
Naga Siren,
Terrorblade,
Juggernaut,
Spectre,
Slark,
Drow Ranger.
Slardar
* Other heroes who has armor and slow debuffs won't allow Medusa to disengage from combat: Tidehunter,
Bristleback,
Slardar.
Dragon Knight
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 50% pickrate: 11%)Slardar
* Slardar can chase Dragon Knight down with
Guardian Sprint and stun him with both
Slithereen Crush and his passive
Bash of the Deep. He can also use
Corrosive Haze to whittle Dragon Knight's armor.
Tiny
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 19%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with high base damage (Morphling,
Tiny,
Drow Ranger), heroes with mana burning abilities (
Anti-Mage), and
Diffusal Blade users (
Juggernaut or
Riki) will suffer from Reflection's illusions.
Mirana
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 11%)Slardar
* Heroes with spells that negate invisibility such as Bounty Hunter,
Zeus and
Slardar prevent her from saving her allies with Moonlight Shadow.
Undying
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Terrorblade can destroy Tombstone with his
Conjure Image and
Metamorphosis.
Night Stalker
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 53% pickrate: 6%)Terrorblade
* Heroes with illusions and summons can manfight Night Stalker: Terrorblade,
Beastmaster,
Broodmother.
Chen
[wiki] rating: -0.6 (winrate: 56% pickrate: 1%)Terrorblade
* Illusion and heroes with summons are difficult to kill with Chen's single-target offensive spells: Terrorblade,
Phantom Lancer,
Chaos Knight,
Broodmother,
Naga Siren,
Lycan,
Visage. However, Chen can convert enemy summons with Holy Persuasion, as long as they don't bunch up.
Weaver
[wiki] rating: -0.4 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 6%)Terrorblade
* Heroes whose core item builds includes Monkey King Bar:
Faceless Void,
Windranger,
Weaver,
Juggernaut.
Slardar
* Weaver relies on Shukuchi to escape and kite enemy heroes. Slardar's Corrosive Haze lowers armor and reveals Weaver, who is already a very frail target.
* Weaver usually builds Linken's Sphere, Corrosive Haze can be used to pop the spell block, additionally the level 25 undispellable talent will prevent Weaver from removing Corrosive Haze with
Time Lapse, allowing allied heroes to use their abilities on Weaver.
Additional:
* Corrosive Haze lowers armor and reveals Weaver during Shukuchi, who is already a frail target. In addition, Weaver usually builds
Linken's Sphere, and
Corrosive Haze can be used to "pop" the spell block. His level 25 talent can also make Corrosive Haze undispellable by Time Lapse, which puts Weaver in an even worse situation.
* Guardian Sprint can dodge Weaver's bugs with the movement speed bonus.
Morphling
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 7%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,
Broodmother,
Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Terrorblade
* Heroes with high base damage (Morphling,
Tiny,
Drow Ranger), heroes with mana burning abilities (
Anti-Mage), and
Diffusal Blade users (
Juggernaut or
Riki) will suffer from Reflection's illusions.
Legion Commander
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Duel's long duration prevents Terrorblade from swapping his health with Sunder.
* Overwhelming Odds deals high damage to Terrorblade's illusions.
Slardar
* With armor items like Solar Crest or
Assault Cuirass combined with Bash of the Deep, Slardar can easily tank the
Duel, If not dueled himself, he can drop
Legion Commander's armor during duel and/or buff his teammate and save them, leaving her only the choice of dueling supports which can also be saved with fast Blink into Slithereen Crush.
Void Spirit
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 48% pickrate: 10%)Terrorblade
* Void Spirit's high mobility becomes a nuisance to Terrorblade.
* Void Spirit's arsenal of magic damage is effective against Terrorblade's low strength.
* Terrorblade has no disables to prevent Void Spirit from escaping.
Slardar
* The brutal physical damage of Slithereen Crush and
Bash of the Deep can quickly remove Void Spirit's shield and stun him for a while.
* Corrosive Haze provides vision of Void Spirit while he is running away and
Guardian Sprint allows Slardar to quickly close the gap
Invoker
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 49% pickrate: 17%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who can summon illusions and summons because Terrorblade has no abilities to deal with multiple enemies at once: Shadow Shaman,
Naga Siren,
Broodmother,
Lycan,
Enigma,
Chaos Knight,
Phantom Lancer,
Shadow Demon,
Dark Seer,
Nature's Prophet,
Invoker,
Morphling,
Grimstroke with
Aghanim's Scepter.
Slardar
* Invoker's
Ghost Walk can be countered, however,
Invoker could also use abilities like
Tornado or
Ice Wall to escape by other means.
Crystal Maiden
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Heroes who have channeling abilities because Terrorblade has no disables to cancel them: Enigma,
Shadow Shaman,
Lion,
Bane,
Crystal Maiden,
Dawnbreaker.
Slardar
* Crystal Maiden's already low armor and easily interruptible ultimate,
Freezing Field can make Slardar her worst nightmare.
Crystal Maiden also often builds
Glimmer Cape which is revealed by Corrosive Haze.
Ursa
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 51% pickrate: 9%)Terrorblade
* Ursa can deal lots of damage during the laning phase before Terrorblade can have Sunder available.
* Enrage's damage reduction can help Ursa survive after Terrorblade has used Sunder.
Slardar
* Slardar is one of the few meele heroes who can lane against Ursa in the early game, out harassing him with Bash of the Deep, and running away from a bad engagement with Guardian Sprint
* Corrosize Haze can force Ursa to cast Enrage defensively instead of offensively
* With Corrosize Haze, Slardar's team can quickly dispatch of Roshan, denying one of Ursa's greatest advantages
Bane
[wiki] rating: 0.0 (winrate: 52% pickrate: 6%)Terrorblade
* Low-health, normally mobile carries with a lot of damage are vulnerable to Bane's nukes and disables: Anti-Mage,
Clinkz,
Drow Ranger,
Faceless Void,
Gyrocopter,
Juggernaut,
Luna,
Meepo,
Mirana,
Monkey King,
Morphling,
Phantom Assassin,

Chaos Knight,
Nature's Prophet,
Phantom Lancer,
Terrorblade.
Additional:
* One of Terrorblade's illusions can absorb Nightmare.
* Terrorblade's large amount of illusions can make it difficult to pinpoint and target the real Terrorblade with Fiend's Grip.

About
This website was made to help you in pick stage of online game Dota 2. It calculates rating for each possible counterpicks based on tips from web-based database made up entirely of user contributions Dota 2 wiki.
You will get the list of recommended hero counters with a list of tips written by Dota 2 wiki contributors explaining why it's good against the particular hero. In comparison to other similar websites, which show only rating based on average hero winrate from dotabuff or similar service.
How to interpret this data
Take it with a bit of grain of salt, especially if the recommendation has a low rating (<= 1), some heroes
may win a lane in an early game but would lose in late game (and vice versa). That's why sometimes
you could hero names appearing as a counter and as being countered, as on image:
You can also add your own tips, update old data and fix mistakes by editing page on Dota 2 Wiki (it works like Wikipedia - anyone can contribute, you don't even need to register) these edits will appear on this website automatically (data is updated several times per week).
Right now there is no app/overlay that will detect picks automatically (like overwolf dota plus or become the gamer), instead, you can open web version in a steam in-game browser or use mobile version on your smartphone.

Slardar
* Phantom Lancer's
Doppelganger has a low cooldown and applies a basic dispel on PL, making it hard to keep Corrosive Haze on him.
Manta Style which provides another basic dispel to remove Corrosive Haze with.
Diffusal Blade to quickly build up illusions while draining Slardar's mana.
Phantom Rush outruns Guardian Sprint, forcing Slardar to Blink away or use Slithereen Crush defensively to avoid being killed.
* Phantom Lancer usually purchases
* Besides Slithereen Crush, Slardar does not have another way to deal with illusions and has a low mana pool, which allows Phantom Lancer with

Terrorblade
* Heroes with single-target abilities and low-mobility are all an exceptionally easy targets for
Phantom Rush:
Terrorblade,
Chaos Knight,
Wraith King

Reflection can be dispeled instantly with
Doppelganger.
Diffusal Blade carrier, he can drain Terrorblade's mana, leaving Terrorblade no chance to use Sunder to save himself.
Reflection, Terrorblade has no other ways to deal with Phantom Lancer's illusions. And what's worse is that Phantom Lancer can much easily detect the real Terrorblade due to
Conjure Image having illusions having different colors.
Additional:
* With no wave clear and mostly focus on dealing single target damage, Terrorblade will be overwhelmed in no time due to
